FAQ: How to pay the deposit
Once the booking request has been accepted by the Host, the Traveller gets the notification that an invoice was issued and he needs to pay the deposit fee before booking is confirmed. To pay the deposit, the Traveller should go to “My Reservations” and click on the “Invoice created – Check & Pay” button.
There will be a reminder email to make the remaining payment before the beginning of the stay.
The remaining payment can be done from My Reservations page at any time. Paying the remaining balance invoice online is optional. Owner and user can agree an offline payment if they wish.
