FAQ: How to contact the Host
Non registered users can send messages to the host directly from the Contact form of the front upper menu bar.
Registered users can send messages through the Booking form and through the Inbox section of the dashboard. The Contact Owner form includes: Check-In, Check-Out, number of guests and your message.
When a message is sent, the host will get by email a notification. Host’s responses are emailed to the traveller and are simultaneously recorded in the Inbox section of the dashboard.
