FAQ: How to cancel a reservation
The cancellation policy is determined by the owner.
To check the cancellation policy, click on the Details option in the top menu bar. You will find the cancellation policy in the Listing Details section:
The Traveller can cancel the booking request from his or her control panel before paying the booking deposit. After payment of the booking deposit or the remaining amount, the Traveller who wishes to cancel the booking must contact the Host by notifying them via the My Inbox message service of the Control Panel to request the cancellation. It is important to bear in mind that the Traveller must observe the cancellation rules and deadlines established by the Host in the Listing, in the rental contract and in the paragraph 6 of the terms and conditions of Cumbre del Sol Holiday Rentals.
